- Penny Rambacher is a social entrepreneur who discovered her passion for helping poor people in Guatemala while flying to Latin America as an American Airlines flight attendant. In the four years since she founded Miracles In Action, a non-profit, Naples based charity, Penny has coordinated the construction of 22 rural primary schools, 14 village water systems, 17 vocational workshops, and over 900 safe, fuel efficient stoves, along with 100s of student scholarships and micro-credit loans for women. Her mission is to “help impoverished families to help themselves.”
